Clamoxin And Coumadin

I have a sinus infection and was prescribed clamoxin. Please advise whether or not clamoxin and coumadin are safe when taken together?

According to FDA warnings, taking them together may increase your risk of bleeding, so you should only do so if your doctor is aware that you are taking both medications, and is frequently monitoring your INR. Other side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
