I do not see it listed in the side effects as reported by the FDA, but there is really no way to know how any given medication may affect any given person that takes it. They do list it as having been known to cause liver dysfunction, and abnormal liver levels on blood tests. Its other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and weight gain.

Has your doctor given a reason for an enlarged liver showing up on tests?

Are you on any other medications?
