Citalopram 10mg
UpdatedCan I take 2 10mg celexa at the same time?? Would it be the same as taking a 20mg???

Yes, it would be equivalent to taking a 20mg, as long as they are both the regular release formulation tablets.
My doctor even suggests I do it, if we're upping the dose of something, to use up the pills I've already purchased, before spending money on more.

There should be no problem, unless your doctor has specifically said not to do so.
Is there anything else I can help with?
