Ciprofloxacn 500 Mg Side Effects
UpdatedMy doctor prescribed Ciprofloxacn for a stomach infection, 500mg twice a day for 10 days. I am a runner, 64 years of age, and am concerned about possible tendentious, or other leg problems that could result. My question is, could this short of a dosage cause me serious leg problems that could cause me not to be able to run?

There is really no way to say with any certainty. Some people can take it and never have a problem, but that type of side effect has happened to some people, even after just one or two doses.
If you are that concerned about it, you should discuss it with your doctor and you may want to ask them about using a different antibiotic that may not be as risky.
