So I was put on ciprofloxacin 2 times a day and am currently taking 10/325 percocets. I read somewhere that it is a major interaction between the two. Is there anyway maybe I can take them hrs apart?

The only interaction I've been able to find is that Ciprofloxacin can increase the effectiveness of the Oxycodone. This doesn't mean they can't be taken together, just that your doctor should carefully consider your dosage and they should be monitoring you regularly to keep an eye on you, in case any problems arise.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
