Ciprofloxacin Exhaustion
UpdatedI am prescribed 500 mg twice daily for 14 days (on day 3 right now), and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced drowsiness after taking a dose? I tried doing a very light exercise on an elliptical machine (yes, very slow, light movements) and within 15 minutes felt like my calves were cramping and I was starting to get winded. Afterwards i felt completely exhausted. It's a double edged sword because it seems to be helping with the infection but at the same time I'm not really leading a great quality of life while taking it. I'm thinking of having my doc switch me to Cephalexin if they think that my specific infection can be treated by it since I've taken that in the past without any of these effects. Anyone else experience this from Cipro?
