I was prescribed cipro to treat a uti. I stopped taking it after 3 days due to tendinitis symptoms. Today, 2 days after I stopped taking cipro I noticed that all of my fingernails on both hands are dark pink. Could this be another side effect such as kidney damage?

Some antibiotics can cause a discoloration of the nails, it's usually nothing to worry about and will eventually go away on its own.
However, it wouldn't hurt to have it checked out by your doctor, to be safe.
Other side effects as listed by the FDA may include nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash.
