Cipro Side Effects Neuropathy
(Newest replies first)
Updated
I was prescribed Cipro for a UTI. However after 2 days I started having numbness/tingling in my hands and feet. The doctor said to stop taking the pills. However I am still having the side effects in my hands and feet. Will this ever go away?

Thank you for the info, I have only been off of it for a week. Let's hope these symptoms go away!
Hello, Sahara! How are you?
How long ago did you stop taking it?
Those symptoms can be side effects of this medication, as reported by the FDA, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
And it may take a week, or so, for them to go away, once you stop taking it.
