I took two Cipro 500mg pills at once on a wednesday and felt dizzy and got headaches and stomachaches. Is it possible for it to still be hurting on sunday?

There are many problems with taking this drug, including side effects that persist for years or even for a lifetime. Please read the page on Ciprofloxacin Side Effects so that you are aware of the multitude of problems that this drug can cause, then stop taking this drug immediately and contact your doctor to have him switch medications to find a more appropriate antibiotic to treat your infection.
