Ciplar 10mg

My wife is a suffering from migraine for the past few months and as per doctor's advise,she is using ciplar 10 mg twice and tryptomer 10mg daily since december 2010. she is a house wife and on a few occasions she had forgotten to put the medicine. After a day or two she used to suffer with severe spinal pain. (just below the neck). Is this a side effect of ciplar or any other reason. She is victim of hypertension for the past 7 yrs and she is aged about 36 yrs. Can you help

her migrane is stress induced as she has hypertension and therefore tryptomer helping her migrane. Stopping the medicine means tension of muscles and resultant migrane

i am 23 years and Dr recommended 1/4 tab of Ciplar 10 mg and i am taking this for last 3 months. i want to stop ,how i can stop. Please suggest.
