Cilaheart (cilnidipine) Drug Information

I am taking Cilaheart (Cilnidipine) 10mg per day for hypertension. Should I take 5mg twice daily or 10mg once daily?

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, hypotension, and dry mouth.
