Chronic Pain Methadone

Need help finding new Dr in Louisiana my pain dr, in Lafayette is retiring in a month I am on methadone100 mg , xanax2mg & hydrocodone 40 mg daily, plz anyone no a pain management dr. PLZ HELP my email is {edited for privacy}. Thanks
