Any pharmacy that has them in stock can legally fill a valid and legal prescription for them.
The problem in Florida is that a major distributor was recently shut down, so most pharmacies don't have any in stock and are having trouble getting more, since a new distributor hasn't taken over, yet.
However, if you have been told by some that they can't legally fill yours, then there may be a problem with the prescription itself. There are limits on how many your doctor can prescribe each month.
Did you happen to ask why they can't fill it?

I know exactly why no body wants to fill anything, anywhere, and there is no distribution problem or limit a doctor can give a single patient as there is no upper limit on opiates! The Pharmacies and doctors everywhere are scared crapless, so am I, my life depends on it! When I get cut or can't get something I'm in the hospital vomiting blood! I have survived 3 crashes + or - 10mph at 200 mph, guess what i did one time for a living? I'm over 50, have been a chronic pain patent since the last of my 7 back surgeries alone, not to mention broken almost ever bone in my body, and some as many as 7 times have 20lbs. of titanium in me, not to mention 3rd degree burnas etc. and have been in excurtiating pain you can't imagine for 25 years! I'm a Grandfather and no Doctor can tell me how I'm alive and even walking! When they say that (distribution problem) and they can't get them it's not true! If you buy that good for you! The first year maybe, but not now (this nightmare started 2 years ago for me) because of 2 walk in clinics and 2 Pharmacies in Ft. Lauderdale basically, out of State patients NOT Florida residents) except for a rouge here and there. it was a Walgreen and CVS the drugstore that is the moral drug police of the world and has been for years theynthink or act. If you can show me a written or legal limit as to what a doctor is limited to per patient a month I would like to see it! It is stuff like "if i can get $200 from a negotiated price for this, and I can get $600.00 from someone without Part D or any Prescription Insurance?" who would I rather sell them to? I saw a post where there was a women told they quit making dialudid or they were going to quitting making Hyrdomorphone, Purdue has tons of it! I have a pharmacy that can order brand name and get it the next day just last month matter of fact, if they want to or can, and the past they have tried to help. They put in C-2 orders twice a week and have 8's the next day. They happen to experience a smaller sales volume during the summer, and are very seasonal, so when the gross dropped and the C-2's became a higher percentage, they are curbing their C-2's sales and not accepeting new prescriptions and cutting everyone else. I can't cut anymore, but they can't keep helping forever becuase of big brother, unless something swings realistically the other way. They are at least ethical, the pharmacy I had used every month for 11 years, called me a day before my appoinment two years ago and told me to bad so sad see yah! They had a Intern i had never met or know call me and the owner and I were one a first name basis, he was unethical or would have called and lied to my face himself except he felt gulity and knew he was wrong and COULD keep helping me, he later called and apologized and said that I was right, to keep a good retail business you keep your long time customers and if you have to drop or cut anyone it's the new people, you know senority! I have far too much medical knowledge then I want and you wouldn't believe what I went through including almost being killed by 3 idiots before I found my GOOD doctor and have seen every 28 days the last 13 years! My doctor is a Pain Specialist and Additictionologist! I talked to Purde and know the Pharmacist personally. The "alphabetic" powers, federal are making suggestions and guidlines that ARE NOT LAWS! Then they bully and examine every single doctor and pharmacy in the state and it is spreading to everywhere quickly. Florida is beiong blamed for the prescription drug problem of the entire world becasue of hillbilly drug pushers selling oxys i would give you a dime for and getting 40-$80.00 each if you believe the news. I have hillbilly roots and can say it! Florida is getting screwed opiates are a legitimate and medically accepetedand established pain control solution and have been since the Roman times. not addiction treatment, pain treatment and are the only real analgisic effective solution, methadone is a terrible drug. I had a Pain specialist OD me in hos office, send me home and not bother to return the page from the ER 3 hours later! i just want a name and number or location if anyone has one, not a lecture or BS.

Why did you ask for the Dea number on the script
