21napo ako sa november 5 po mag 22na ako guxto kopo tumangka kc 4:9 lang height ko may pag asa pa po bah lalaki po ako..

Sinubukan ko mag-Cherifer kaso paputol-putol ang intake ko because of being busy sometimes. So I took days, weeks or months before to take it again. 5'8 ako last year, but I'm now 5'9. siguro kung bibilangin ko lahat ng nainom ko mga isa't kalahating box na. Nakadepende kasi ako sa baon ko kaya minsan paputol-putol saka parang sumasakit yung tiyan ko kahit one hour pagkatapos ko kumain 'to iniinom. Susubukan ko ulit ito nang walang tigil. Ang tanong, bakit pa ako umiinom pa nito kung 5'9 na ako? Sagot, gusto ko ma-maximize ang height ko kahit hanggang 6'1 lang. Mahirap talaga maging "maliit dahil noong elementary ako maliit din ako kaya laging nasa unahan ng pila. T_T

Hi, 2weeks Na Akong Umiinum ng Cherifer Pgm Hmmm, Yung Height ko 4'5 or 4'6 I Guess,?? Yung Papa ko Hinde Nmn Matangkad Maliit lang sya Sakto Lang, then Yung Mama Ko Mas Matangkad Namn Sa Papa Ko.. I'm 18 Years old na Last September, Hinde Nmn ako Masyadung Mataba sakto lang Katawan ko.. ako Yung Panganay saamin Yung mga Kapatid ko Malalaki na Yung Kasunod Saakin na Lalaki Minsan Nahihiya akong Tumabi sakanya Pag Magkasama Kame Kase Magsing Height lang kame pero 11years Old na Sya,
Ano Kaya Pwde Kung Gawin, Hmm 2weeks na Akong Nagtatake ng Cherifer pero Pansin ko.. Parang Wla masyadung Effective Sakin Nawawalan Tuloy ako ng Pag-asa ?? pero Umiinum parin ako Para sigurado Malamo Bukas May Resulta na Dba.. ??

I have a question. A few months ago I stopped taking cherifer capsules kasi po if my tummy doesnt hurt eh sumusuka po ako and im planning to take the syrup. Will it still be effective on me?

Omyghad totoo ba tlaga yang cherifer adult.. gus2 q ma try ???? kci 4'9 lng height q gus2 q maging 5'5 height q so ngsyun bumili nga aq ng cherifer adult mahal nga 20 isa sana tumalab saken :( pangarap q tlaga tumangkad :(

Yes. I think it is effective but not for everyone. But for me it's effective. I grow 1 inch every week (not exactly 1 inch).

Effective naman sya. Pero mas effective sya pag tinake between 12 - 14 years old tsaka dapat tinetake 1 or 2 hours before you sleep (it gives you energy so don't take it right before you sleep). So yun nga tinake ko sya bago matulog and i'm 13 years old at natangkad ako about mga 0.5 inch every 3 days or 1 inch every week.

Conclusion: Effective sya pag tinake mo pag nasa kalagitnaan ka ng puberty. At dapat itetake 1 to 2 hours before you sleep.
