Ofc bro cherifer pgm's ranging 10 to 22 so that explains your question. I've been taking cherifer since I was 16 I was 5'6 that time, I'm still taking it at 19, I grew 2 1/2 inches. According to how it affect me, it can also gain huge appetite for food so u also gain weight and that's good for skinny people who wants to gain some. I suggest, get some regular exercise to maintain balanced body weight.

Uhm, hello may sasabhin lang po ako i'm pretty sure na hindi na iinherit ang height based sa height ng parents in any way a person can be taller or shorter, even thou same maliit or malaki ang parents nya, dont worry Cherifer works, matagal nga lang siya umeffect. May friend kasi ako, bata palang nag che-cherifer na so, mas matangkad pa sya sa Dad nya, eh ang dad nya is 5'8 or 5'9 something. And 16 palang siya i mean kaka 16

im 16 years old tanong ko lng may pag asa paba akong tumangkad kahit punong puno ako ng mga bisyo at laging kulang sa tulog sa twing gabe pero nakakabawe naman ako ng tulog sa umaga?

Hi...is cheriffer effective? Im really conscious because all of my classmates are tall and i always felt left out and sometimes they think im a much younger student because i have the same height has them...and um....this cheriffer like how many days or weeks does it take like for you to grow and how many inches does it extend to? Like is it possible for me to grow 3 inches in a week or 2 weeks?..btw im 5'2 and im trying to reach 5'5...so plsss help me i really want to know because im thinking of buying one...
