For years I've been taking Cherifer PGM 10-22. I'm turning 22 in a month, so technically I could still take Cherifer... But, I feel like I want other vitamins now. I'm kinda healthy currently with no issues, but what vitamins can I take just to boost myself or at least help me stay healthy? Not something like I need but something where I would benefit, with no side effects and all that. Or at least something that would replace what I'm getting from Cherifer.

Cherifer Pgm is a drug that forces the body to growth with no harm, except if the body denies the drug you’ll get sick or die, depends though. If your taking Cherifer Pgm i recommend that take it after breakfast so that effects will be longer throughout the day and sleep, and daily morning stretch, minimal exercise to keep the blood flowing and drink water, get atleast 8 hours of sleep. Any Foods can be taken except for drinks only drink water other than water messes up the acidic flow so it’ll make the drug useless and hurt you. My proof is that i do this, my stomach doesn’t hurt and other parts of the body except for the neck, my neck hurts if not correct sleeping posture so i suggest you sleep with a correct sleeping posture also good posture actually speeds up the fluid that makes you taller. Curious if when happens it affects? Depends on the body how it can take it, 3months-2years during that time you’ll grow faster. Worried if it will not work? Because it still hasn’t taken affect yet, since the age taking is 10-22 it will work trust me ;) also if you are 18 above and drinking alcohol, stop drinking when taking cherifer and drink water.

What are the foods that i need to avoid while I'm taking cherifer pgm?? Cuz the capsule would be useless if I eat something that will slow or probably stop my growth.

What type of exercise thoo?? I doubt taking stretches such as cobra stretch bcz i think it will only work on my upper body and it will look long compared to my legs ?? Pls tell me it's imposible bcs i think cobra trech rlly work but i feel like i would lose my not so long legs ?????? Thank u hehe
