Chantix Causing Absence Of Menstruation?

Just started Chantix 2 weeks ago and now my period is 3 days late. I take birth control faithfully and also use condoms, so very unlikely to be pregnant. Can't find anyone else talking about this side effect though. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, the FDA does warn that is can cause menstrual disorders, which can include anything from delayed menses, up to full stoppage of menses. Its other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, constipation, heartburn, and vaginal discharge.
