Changing From Citalopram To Cymgen

I was on Citalopram and I was feeling very sick whilst taking these, my doc changed me over to cymgen last week Thursday and I am feeling a whole lot better but he did prescribe 20 Azor 0.5 tabs to take in the morning at the same time he prescribed the Cymgen, is it the Cymgen that is making me feel better or the Azor as it was a living hell taking the Citalopram

Are you sure you're taking Azor? Because it's listed as containing Amlodipine and Olmesartan, both of which are used to treat high blood pressure and heart conditions.
