Cetgel is reported to contain the active ingredient of cetirizine hydrochloride. I assume you were taking this for the treatment of allergies? I recommend looking up other products which contain the same active ingredient, as they should be readily available. I know that out here in the U.S. I can find a number of medications in my local drug store which contain cetirizine - I hope this helps & good luck!
