What should the dosage of this med be. Adult female approx 130.lbs.

The usual Adult dose for an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection is 250 to 500 mg orally every 6 hours for 7 to 10 days.

Anatomically speaking, the upper respiratory tract does include the sinuses, so it would be safe to assume that this would be the correct dose for this type of infection.
