I took one 500 mg capsule of Cephalexin for an ear infection, a couple of hours after taking it I had stomach cramps and very bad diarrhea, Im not taking anymore of this drug, I would rather deal with the ear ache. Has anybody else had this problem??

Those can be typical side effects of this medication, according to the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, and non-allergic skin rash.... however, an infection that is left to continue raging out of control could be fatal, while the medication side effects will eventually go away, with time, once you finish your course of treatment.
Alternatively, you could also speak to your doctor about trying a different antibiotic, if you find this one is making you too miserable.
