There are actually only a few antibiotics that are effective at treating it anymore, it's become very resistant.

I have an infection, and am experiencing itchy skin, stomach problems, cough, and muscle weakness. The main treatment I'm using is Cap Revital but had a reaction from an old skin problem. So then I used sporidex 500mg + Anti acid orally regular for 6 days and one time I took cephalexion 500mg for 05 days. At the time of I was taking it for good health but both times after treatment my pain developed during urination, one time discharge phosphoras in urine. Other medicine are not suitable for me. Please tell me how it can identify the infection and treat? Is any other medicine needed?

I got them for a spider bite...it's a wide spectrum antibiotic. You can use it for a lot of things.
