Ceftum 500mg Usage

I've been a CML patient for the last 4.5 years and taking Zealata 400 mg (Imatnib) for the last 18 days. I am suffering with a cough & fever. My doctor advised me to take Ceftum 500 mg tablets twice a day. Is it advisable for a CML patient to take this medicine? Kindly reply.

I am a liver transplant patient facing trt for transplant rejection with a high dose of cortisone. I had taken Tazobactum for 3 days via IV and stopped treatment two days ago. Now I am running a temperature of 102. Can I take Ceftum? I am on Celcept and Pangraf and Wysoline.
