I have been using Cefadroxil as treatment for a staph infection in my hip replacement joint for a year. Is this medication dangerous for my body? Previously, I've had a 6-week course of Cefazolin administered through a PICC line. I am trying to understand the potential dangers this could pose to my health.

The risks caused by the infection are far greater than any risk associated with the antibiotics used to combat it, severe out of control infections can be deadly. It would be best to take it as prescribed by your doctor.
