Can I give my eight-year-old cefalexina/ambroxol? I took him to the doctor and they told me to give him a pill every eight hours. I'm worried because they look big and they are 500 mg and 30 mg.

The Cephalexin is an antibiotic that's used to treat various types of infections and the 500mgs is a pretty standard dosage to treat most of them.
