Carvedilol is a non-selective beta blocker that's most commonly used to treat hypertension and some cardiac conditions.
And a small percentage of people may experience a headache from it.
How long have you been taking it?
Usually, such side effects should wear off after 4 to 6 weeks, once your body gets used to the medication. However, if they headaches are very severe, or don't start to taper off, then you should talk to your doctor as you may need to try a different medication.

My mother had the same problem. The headaches haven't reduced even though she is being taking it for 3 months. She substitute with Metoprolol but the headaches got worse.
