Cartia Xt 120 Mg Availability

I am still taking Cartia XT...h however I feel nauseated like I'm going to faint I have body aches constipation depression muscle weakness and hoarseness. And looking up the side effects of Cartia all of that on there. I'm trying to be informed about replacement drugs and what can be substituted for Cartia. I'm taking this trip for years was never this kind of side effects until 6 or so. I also take Prophonome and Xarelto. These also have the same side effects. But I chose to stop the Cartia for one night and woke up feeling a lot better than this morning and all day that day. I have a doctor's appointment in the morning and I want to be prepared for drugs she may be willing to substitute for Cartia. I'm open for any medical suggestions.

There is a generic version available, Diltiazem ER. You may want to ask your doctor about trying it.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.

Some other medications in this same category include Amlodipine, Nifedipine, and Verapamil.
