Cardiloc,,for Paltipation?

Hello.i just want to ask if the medicine cardiloc,is intende for paltipation,because my doctor gave me this med.because of this problem,im taking this medbut still I felt still the same,,and sometimes I have a pain on my neck.Do I need to continue taking this med?thanks a lot
