Cardace Am 5 Mg

As prescribed by Doctor I am taking Cardace Am 5mg medicine for the last 2/3 years for blood pressure.The blood pressure is usually within limits of 90-95 and 120-130 and sometimes it reaches 140. I get sound sleep.But onething I observe that I feel drowsiness while working in office or while viewing TV, inspite of sound sleep.Is it due to the effect of the medicine? Please reply.What will the alternative medicine.
