If so, it contains Carbamazepine, and the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight changes. Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you! ## Does the nausea go away? I’ve been so sick since I started about 3 days ago.

what is the danger of taking carbatrol for seizures, if found out later what might have not be seizures but migraines. ## "Common side effects include drowsiness, headaches and migraines, motor coordination impairment and/or upset stomach. Carbamazepine preparations typically greatly decrease a person's alcohol tolerance. Less common side effects include cardiac arrhythmias, blurry or double vision and/or the temporary loss of blood cells or platelets and in rare cases can cause aplastic anemia. With normal use, small reductions in white cell count and serum sodium are common, however, in rare cases, the loss of platelets may become life-threatening. Daughter is 29 and was diagnosed about a year ago with trigeminal neurology..she found out she's about 3 months pregant..she was on the pill so didn't expect it..Has anyone had experience with taking Carbatrol &/or Lyrica when pregnant? She is very afraid of birth defects..
