my doctor told me to take one pill 50/200 ER generic for sinement 50/200 CR before go to sleep. iwant to know the defrence betwen ER VS CR you think it works i do not have get up every three hr to take pill

There is no difference between ER and CR. The ER stands for extended release and the CR stands for Controlled Release, both of which are just different ways of saying that it's a time release formulation of the medication.
