Found a couple of these small capsules (about 1 cm) that I had put into a ziploc at one time...was thinking they are benadryl but now not sure, can you help?

You are correct, each capsule contains 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, the active ingredient in Benadryl, this is a generic or store brand.
It may cause side effects that can include: nausea, drowsiness and dry mouth.
