Is the marking possibly 4H2?

If so, Perrigo lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Cetirizine, which is an antihistamine that is most commonly used to treat, or prevent allergy symptoms.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.
