Hello, I've been taking 75mg of nuvigil now for only 2 days. The only real side effect I've experienced except slight nausea is that i feel wide awake after 3am. I go to bed at 11 with no problems but the once 3ish comes around i have a wide awake feeing. Im not wanting to take it anymore cause i NEED my sleep!!! Recommendations??

Hello, Amy! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem you're having.
It may be that the 75mgs is too high of a dose for you and you need to speak to your doctor about trying a lower one.
The FDA lists the other possible side effects of this medication as including dizziness, headache and nervousness.
What time of day have you been taking it? That could also play a role.
