Looks like this is used to treat swelling and skin rashes due to infections. It has the following ingredients:
Clotrimazole IP, Beclomethazone Dipropionate IP (Benzyl Alcohol IP, Methylparaben IP , Propylparaben IP) Cream Base.

Being a topical creme, it should have safety instructions on how and where to apply it. If it does not say where to apply it, it may be ok to try starting off with a small amount on your face to see how well you react to it and bas your decision off of that test.
