Can You Take Subutex After Methadone?

Hi, I've been prescribed opiates for years now. With a few breaks between (with Subs, methadone, etc) after weaning my usage down. I took 2 days of methadone. Can I still take 2 mg (and slowly increase) my subutex use 24hrs after my last dose of 30mg methadone?

Just like when starting Suboxone, you have to be in full withdrawal, before taking Subutex, unless your doctor directs otherwise, or it could throw you into dangerous precipitated withdrawals.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation and dry mouth.
