Can You Take Oxycodone Hydrochloride While You're Pregnant

Can you take this medication while you're pregnant? My friend is taking this and she is saying that she is pregnant.

Hydrochloride in itself is not a medication, it simply designates the specific chemical salt that a medication has been derived from, as explained by the NIH. Thus, there should be some other component to the name of the medication, for example, Oxycodone Hydrochloride, or Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride.
