Can You Take Adderall And Phentermine Together? (Page 2) (Top voted first)

I have taken 20mg of adderall and would now like to take a 37mg phentermine. Is this ok?

I went to a weight-loss clinic in Pittsburgh and they gave me phentermine and chromium and gave me a water pill.

No interactions were found between Adderall and phentermine. But sid you consult with your doctor ever about this? Adderall isn't an antidepressant, but it's sometimes used off-label to treat depression that doesn't respond to other treatments. Combining phentermine and alcohol may increase your risk of experiencing side effects of the drug, including stomach problems and diarrhea.

I'm so sorry and thank you for the warning ?? I was wondering since I have both and felt scared to take both.. same day. So I'll have to pick which health issue I should address first.. but not both at same time. I wish you a healthy recovery.

I completely agree with you. I think in comparison to adderall, phentermine has way more cardiovascular risks and negative side effects. It's a terrible drug.

Can you say how it worked taking the drugs together but at different times? I am currently on adderall, but it does not help with my weight at all. I’m not sure about taking them together or separately.

It generally isn't advisable, due to the fact that they are both stimulants, so combining them can result in elevated blood pressure and heart rate, which may put you at risk of a heart attach or stroke.

You can benefit on both but evenly spaced out intervals during the day. Remember your blood pressure will increase so have at least 25mg of Tenormin just in case.
