Can You Take Adderall And Phentermine Together? (Page 2)

I have taken 20mg of adderall and would now like to take a 37mg phentermine. Is this ok?

I thought I was reading my own story. I am more overweight and have tried numerous weight loss things with minimal to no success. I am on even more adderral than you, I am in school. This FREAKS me out. I have two different doctors prescribing the meds and am very concerned. Thanks for posting this. I'm calling my PCP now for an appointment.

I'm confused. Who told you that you had a mini stroke both of those times? Was it self diagnosed based off off symptoms online & putting together that Adderall & Phentermine may cause strokes or did the ER give you a definitive diagnosis?

Can you say how it worked taking the drugs together but at different times? I am currently on adderall, but it does not help with my weight at all. I’m not sure about taking them together or separately.

Wow! Adderall makes me gain weight too but my doctor says she doesn’t think so but I’ve gained back 20lbs since I started taking it instead of the phentermine.

I went to a weight-loss clinic in Pittsburgh and they gave me phentermine and chromium and gave me a water pill.

No interactions were found between Adderall and phentermine. But sid you consult with your doctor ever about this? Adderall isn't an antidepressant, but it's sometimes used off-label to treat depression that doesn't respond to other treatments. Combining phentermine and alcohol may increase your risk of experiencing side effects of the drug, including stomach problems and diarrhea.

I'm so sorry and thank you for the warning ?? I was wondering since I have both and felt scared to take both.. same day. So I'll have to pick which health issue I should address first.. but not both at same time. I wish you a healthy recovery.
