It has successfully helped many people quit smoking. When is your quit date?
The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including abnormal dreams, nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, weight changes and trouble sleeping.
And yes, it doesn't have to be taken with a full meal.
