Hello, Jarlyn! How are you and your brother?
He should be able to participate in his usual activities, unless his doctor has told him not to do so.
But, the medication could make him more susceptible to the effects of the sun, so he may overheat or burn much faster than usual, thus plenty of liquids and a good sun block are needed.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
