I have 10 mg Vesicare pills and I only need to take 5 mg. I would like to cut them in half. They are not scored. I know that I can break them with my nails. Do pharmacies sell pill cutters. Thank you.

As long as a medication is not time released and your doctor/pharmacist has not instructed you otherwise, then it is safe to divide pills.
You should double check the tablets you have, just to be certain, with a pharmacist. Have you tried contacting them?
As to pill cutters, yes they do sell them, there are many different ones available, price depends on the type you want.
