Can Trolic 5mg Raise My Bp

I have been subscribed trolic 5 mg, I have to take 6 tabs daily for 3 days, I started this morning but my BP is now quite high 176/ 98 with my heart beat 105,
must I still take them as I stay far from my doctor

Are you a heart or BP patient? Do you take medications for it?
