Can This Drug Cause Fatigue

I am on 8mg candesarton and i am getting up at 6am to go to work coming home and falling asleep at 8pm at night. I exercise by walking,swimming and pilates. I just seem to be very fatigued and wondered if the medication is causing this. My blood pressure is steady around 130/78 i check it most nights.

Yes, it can cause fatigue and drowsiness as side effects, according to FDA reports. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, and frequent urination.

Are you on any other medications?

I take a related medication called Losartan, and it does the same thing to me, quite frequently. It can be very annoying, and exhausting.
