Could the oral liquid be used to treat yeast on the outer part of the labia? Monistat seems to be clearing the inside but the outside has yeast as well (from antibiotics for pneumonia) i have nystatin liquid left from a previous time i had oral thrush from an antibiotic. Was curious if it could be applied to that external area?

No, you shouldn't use it like that, it may contain ingredients that are irritating to the labia and may create more problems.
There are many products available over the counter to treat the outer yeast infection, they are usually a cream that you rub on several times a day, so you can pick up one of those, if your doctor approves.
The FDA lists its typical side effects as including redness and dry skin.
