Can Protein Also Being One Reason For Hair Loss???
UpdatedHi, I am 20years old girl suffering for hair loss n thinning. I am having triavit forte tablet since 18days as doc prescription but it is not working. Actually this tablet isn't help in my hair loss. In my head there is no that much scalp which cause hair fall but for the last 1month my hair is falling out n last one month my hair fall like crazily. Every time if I wash or touch my hair I loss minimum 20-30strands. I am 38kg in 20years old. somebody says that I am so thin n in my body there is no that much protein for hair so my hair is loss. There is chance for protein or thin body is reason for my hair fall n what should I do I am so worried about my hair
