Going by your description, you should have this checked out by a doctor, because it sounds like you may have a yeast infection, and if that is the case you need an antifungal medication to treat it, an antibiotic such as anaroebyl may make it worse.
The NIH lists the typical side effects of such antifungal medications as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and stomach pain.
Have you taken any medications recently?
