I took Methadone for over 10 years and each and every month I had to take 2 urine Drug tests that was sent off to a lab they always came back positive for methadone. If I’m correct anytime a Dr. or treatment clinic dispenses methadone the test they use rather sent of to a lab or checked in front of you they Specifically check for Methadone/Metabolized Methadone.
