Can I Use Betametasona Clotrimazol Gentamicina For Underam ?

Can I use betametasona clotrimazol gentamicina for underarm fungus/darkening? It itches from time to time, but my biggest problem is my skin is dark/black.
Will this cream help?

Have you consulted your doctor? Before trying to treat it with anything, you need to see if there's a problem, such as a fungus, that's caused it, and if so it can be treated properly.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this ointment as including skin rash, redness, dryness and acne.

The steroids in this may actually worsen some conditions, if used improperly.
