The Diphenhydramine in the Zzzquil can cause elevated levels of Serotonin and so can the Tramadol, so it's best not to mix them, unless your doctor says it's okay for you to do so. If your serotonin level goes too high, you can develop serotonin syndrome, which can be fatal.

And FYI for anyone looking to save some money, Diphenhydramine is the same ingredient in Benadryl and the store brand/generic equivalents, so you actually don't have to pay the price for this one.
